BIENVENIDOS! Meet Jose Delgado Jose Delgado, owner and operator of Los Rolling Tacos food truck. Food has been a passion of Jose’s since a young age. He grew up in Mexico City, where his early memories of food include visiting his abuela’s (grandmother’s) house for large family gatherings. When Jose moved to Canada he started working all kind of jobs in the hospitality industry to help him learn English. In his spare time, Jose entertains friends and family, serving his signature guacamole and salsas. He cooks the recipes from home that remind him of his mother and grandmother, as well as the street food of Mexico City. Jose has always had dreams of opening a restaurant, so after taking cooking classes at George Brown College, he is now ready to share his passion for Mexican food with others. And this is how Los Rolling Tacos was created.

Kalamata specializes in bringing wonderful flavors of the warm Mediterranean Olives to people in Canada Who are appreciated the very best in fine foods. As a specialist, we know how to source the highest quality products and ingredients. We also find the fresh herbs and other key ingredients for our marinades much closer to home, sourcing these locally.

Villain Sauce Co.

After years of trying various hot sauces for the extreme heat, and also trying milder sauces to get the flavour boost that hot sauces can provide, founder Chris Badanjak decided to try his hand at making his own hot sauce to get the best of both worlds.

On one dark and stormy night, the first hot sauce experiment was conducted, and from that moment on, there was no turning back, as trial after trial produced unique flavours with different levels of heat and flavour combinations more astounding than the next.

Founded in 2020 based out of Brantford Ontario, Villain Sauce Co. was born, and the primary objective is to produce Hot Sauces that will give you an amazing full flavour experience, but also kick your ass just enough to know it got kicked.

Hello, there! I’m Kristie, but around here, the ‘Mom’ behind this delicious pie company.

A dedicated engineer by trade, I made the leap from a demanding career to pursue my true passion – baking. With a family of five and an innate love for the culinary arts, I found my calling in creating heartwarming pies and treats that bring joy to tables across Kitchener-Waterloo.

Every week, I roll up my sleeves to craft homemade sweet and savory pies, along with a delightful assortment of biscuits, fresh rolls, desserts, and more! Let me bake for you and make your moments special.

After putting my bustling career on pause to raise my family, I discovered the magic that happens when flour, butter, and love come together. In October 2021, I earned my Food Handler Training Certificate from Conestoga College, solidifying my commitment to delivering quality and safe baked goods to your homes.

At Mom’s Bread and Pie Co., each creation is infused with care, dedication, and a dash of nostalgia. Join me on this delectable journey, and let me have the honor of baking for you.

Hi, I’m Sandra May.

Growing up my family didn’t have much and takeout was rarely an option. I spent a lot of time watching my mother cook traditional Canadian foods such as homemade soups, oven-ready dishes, and desserts.

My favourite place to be as a child was in the kitchen watching her make all sorts of yummy treats. When I was about 12, I started to help with some of the responsibilities of cooking for the family.

As the years went on I slowly gathered recipes that my family enjoyed, changing and perfecting them to suit my own family’s tastes.

I’ve always had a strong passion to cook and bake for others! This is where my journey continues…

Chef Darryl Fletcher’s (ChefD) inspiration to pursue a culinary career began while watching Graham Kerr (The Galloping Gourmet) and trying some recipes at home. He is a graduate of the Chef program from Humber College in Toronto, Canada. ChefD’s career, as a Chef, has grown from humble beginnings in Kitchener, to all over North America, eventually returning back home to Kitchener. He has worked with wonderful people, at companies such as: Weber’s Restaurants, M&M Meat Shops, and Aqua Star North America. ChefD and his recipes have been featured in Canadian Living, Foodservice and Hospitality magazine’s Chef’s Corner, various cook books, as well as, appearing as a popular guest on CTV News at Noon Kitchener, CTV Vancouver, CTV Edmonton, City TV’s Breakfast Television, CHCH Morning Live, and Kitchener’s Rogers Daytime and Inside Guelph on Rogers TV. ChefD has launched his sixth season of his popular cooking show, ‘At Home with ChefD’ on Rogers TV. He is the author of two cook bookettes, Maple Madness, and Garlic Madness and has a weekly radio show ‘At the Kitchen Table’ on FAITH FM. ChefD has prepared meals for the likes of the late BB King, the late Stuart McLean, Blue Rodeo, Michael Buble, Big Bad Voodoo Daddies, Diana Krall, and many others. ChefD is the popular host of ChefDtv.com; an innovative online cooking show, in addition to creating new recipes and flavour profiles for Piller’s Fine Food, Gold Seal, Gay Lea Foods, Kenwood (DeLonghi), Grand River Foods, and Nutrafarms Inc. ChefD believes in sharing his passion for food with others, and keeping recipes simple, easy, and incredibly tasty!
